Meet the Firm

Maria is a dedicated mother, wife and attorney that has always had a passion for helping others. She is licensed to practice law in California and Washington, D.C.

It all begins with a dream. Maria achieved her bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate at the University of California, Riverside. Her legal career began as a paralegal in 2018. She saw the need for affordable, compassionate, and effective legal services in her community and began her journey to becoming an attorney and to opening her own law firm. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from North Carolina Central School of Law where she graduated with honors. After law school Maria took on several legal roles, but most notably, she spent some time as a decision writing attorney for the Veteran’s Board of Appeals where she worked with a Veteran’s Law Judge and wrote appellate decisions.

When she is not in the office, Maria enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling. She hopes to expand her law practice throughout Southern California and to help as many people as possible along the way.
